Refund Policy
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. If approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for such cases.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund, check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If it’s still not resolved, contact us at business@earthtoned.co.
